Vida Blue won three World Series championships, and was the American League MVP one time, winning the AL Cy Young Award that same year. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Below is a grey strip tag with, “14 85” embroidered on it in black chain-stitching. On the left chest is the team’s, “SF” logo, the player number “14” appears on the back and across the back reads the player name, “VIDA” on a grey nameplate which has been restored. All numbering and lettering is done in black on orange tackle twill. Above the player name, Blue signed the jersey in blue pen and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
