Mike Schmidt combined offensive and defensive skill to become one of the greatest third basemen the game has ever seen. A three time National League MVP, he played on ten all-star teams and won just as many Gold Gloves. In 1983 fans of the Philapelphia Phillies voted him the greatest player that the organization had ever had, and in 1995 he was elected to the Hall of Fame in a nearly unanimous vote. This Rawlings Adirondak Pro Ring bat was used by Schmidt during the 1985 season. The 35.5 inch, 34.8 ounce, 154A model bat shows moderate game-use with a slight handle crack. His jersey number "20" appears on the knob. Schmidt has signed the barrel in black marker and the signature rates a strong 7 to 8.
