On the front left tail is the Sand-Knit manufacturer’s tag size “42”. Adjacent to the left is the “Designed & Tailored Exclusively for the CHICAGO WHITE SOX” tag. On the inside rear tail are two strip tags reading “84 42” and “LEYLAND” Across the chest reads “SOX” in white tackle twill. There has been a patch removed from the left sleeve. Across the back reads the coach’s name “LEYLAND” and below is the coach's number “21”. The jersey was recycled after the 1984 season for organizational use and the patch from the left sleeve has been removed. A nameplate was added over the coach’s name for the teams’ use and has since been removed, the lettering is original. This jersey was presented to us as coaches worn.
