On the inside of the front left tail is a “Rawlings” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached adjacent is a flag tag that reads, “1 INCH EXTRA LENGTH” and a tag that reads, “SET 1 1983”. Across the chest reads, “RANGERS” and on the back is the player number “32”. These are done in blue on red tackle twill. Below, “RANGERS” on the left side is the team’s, “TR” logo patch embroidered. Across the back reads the player name, “MATLACK” in blue tackle twill sewn directly onto a white nameplate. On the front right side of the jersey, Matlack signed in blue pen with the added inscription, “MY GAME JERSEY FROM MY FINAL SEASON 195 Wins 1516 K’s 30 Shutouts 3.18 ERA.” and in our opinion, rates a 7 overall. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use. Accompanied by an LOA from JSA.
