Darrell Porter passed away at the young age of 50. This "GP 20" tan leather catcher's mitt has the "MacGregor" manufacturers tag stitched to the outside. On the outside thumb is "MADE IN U.S.A." On the outside fingers is "GRIP CONTROL" and "PLACE SMALL FINGER THRU LOOP." On the outside heel is "ADJUSTABLE WRIST." On the inside thumb is the model number "GP 20" and "MacGregor" in script and "U.S.A." All manufacturers imprints are in black ink. On the outside thumb is "CORNU" in black pen. Porter signed on the inside pocket in red marker with the added inscription "Best Wishes to Kem, Thanks much, Your friend” and in our opinion the signature rates an 8. The glove shows excellent game use. Accompanied by an ALOA from JSA.
