Above is a raised 5” circular gold colored medallion featuring the likeness of a basketball player which is surrounded by a gold colored wreath. The plaque shows light scratching, EX+ overall. Signed by King on back in black marker rating a 7. Accompanied by a LOA from Bernard King as well as a LOA from JSA.
