After a great playing career in which he hit 374 home runs and appeared in six All-Star Games, Rocky Colavito retired in 1968. On the inside below the rear collar is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag size "46" and washing instructions. Across the chest reads "INDIANS" in white on navy blue tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "COLAVITO" in white tackle twill. Below that is the player number "6" in white on navy blue tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the Indians team logo patch. The coach’s name and number were applied locally. The "Cleveland Sports" patch on the right sleeve has been detached but accompanies this lot. This jersey is properly tagged and was presented to us as coaches worn.
