HOFer and hockey all time legend Bobby Hull played for 23 years in both the NHL and the WHA. He won the Hart Trophy twice and the Art Ross three times. He led the WHA’s Winnipeg Jets to Avo Cup championships in 1976 and 1978. He also won the WHA’s MVP two times. He is named one of the ‘100 Greatest NHL Players’ in history. Inside the back of the neck of this blue mesh jersey, is the HARV-AL KNIT label with wash instructions and a size (L) tag attached. There seems to have been another tag adjacent. Jets logo crest on the front. Player number (9) on the sleeves as well as the back, in red on white tackle twill. Player name (HULL) screened in white across a blue nameplate on the back. The fight strap has been cut out and replaced with skate laces. The right sleeve exhibits 1 un-repaired hole and board burns. The left sleeve exhibits board burns. The front exhibits black marks and board burns. The back exhibits board burns. This jersey is properly tagged, presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows Excellent wear. Accompanied by an additional LOA from MeiGray which states “As warranted to us by the owner, this jersey was obtained by her brother from a Winnipeg Jets’ employee after his band performed in Winnipeg at a Jets game in the late 1970s. Also accompanied by a letter from Photo-Match.com, confirming the match.
