During his 23 year career with the Baltimore Orioles, Brooks Robinson redefined what it meant to play third base and helped to set the standard to which all others aspire. A 15 time All-Star, Robinson earned an astounding 16 Gold Gloves and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1983. This Hillerich and Bradsby Louisville Slugger was used by "The Human Vacuum Cleaner" and shows the labeling period from 1973-75. It is a 34.75", 32.6 bat with the model number D143. There is a light coat of pine tar on the handle and his jersey number "5" has been written on the knob in black marker. It shows tremendous game use and has been signed "Brooks Robinson HOF 83" in black Sharpie that rates a strong 8.
