On the front left tail is the Wilson manufacturer’s tag with size “44”. Chain stitched below is the number “72” representing the year. Chain stitched in the rear collar on a strip tag reads, “Kekich”. The jersey was sent down to minor leagues for secondary use when the name “YANKEES” was applied on front. The jersey was later restored by a collector to show original use. The “YANKEES” is faded and still slightly visible. On the left chest is the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo and on the back the player number “18”. Both are restored and sewn on in navy blue felt. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
