Dave DeBusschere (deceased) spent the best years of his career in New York with the Knicks. He became one of the most talented and feared players in the league and one of the greatest power forwards the NBA had ever seen. He was a two-time NBA Champion, an eight time All-Star, a member of the NBA Top 50 All-Time team and in 1983 was elected to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Inside the rear collar is the “Gerry Cosby” distributors tag. Embroidered directly below is the “Felco” manufacturers tag with jersey size “46 LONG.” Across the front is the city name “NEW YORK.” Player number “22” appears on both the front and back. All these numbers and letters are done in orange on white tackle twill. The tackle twill on the numbers shows excellent puckering. On back is the player name “DeBUSSCHERE” done in white tackle twill sewn directly on the shirt. The jersey shows excellent game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. It is accompanied by a hand-signed LOA from DeBusschere himself which states in part “this is to certify that the enclosed New York Knicks road jersey was worn by me when I played for the Knicks during the Championship year of 1972-73 (signed) Dave Debusschere. Also accompanied by a MEARS LOA graded A10. Dave Debusschere jerseys are extremely rare and difficult to obtain. This is the best Debusschere in existence.

1972-1973 Dave DeBusschere NY Knicks Game-Used Road Jersey (DeBusschere LOA) (Championship Season) (MEARS A10) (Scarce)
