Carl Yastrzemski is an 18-time All-Star, the possessor of seven Gold Gloves and a member of the 3000 hit club. He is the Red Sox all-time leader in career RBIs, runs, hits, singles, doubles, total bases and games played. Yas was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1989. On the front left tail is the Tim McAuliffe manufacturers tag with two attached box tags reading the size “40” but measures out to a size "46" which is more in line with Yastrzemski's size and year “69”. On the left sleeve is the MLB “100TH ANNIVERSARY” patch that has been restored. Across the chest reads “RED SOX” and on back is the player number “8”. All numbering and lettering is done in red on navy blue felt. Yastrzemski signed the front of the jersey in blue ink and on the back in black ink and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 7. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Full LOA from JSA.
