Featured are two vintage game-used suspension football helmets from the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and Purdue Boilermakers with the inside padding intact. Both helmets show game use throughout and handwritten inside the ear pad is information detailing their history. The Purdue suspension helmet which originally read player number “69” on the sides has had decals stripped with outlines of multiple other numbers written on. The face mask has been fully detached from this helmet but is included.
