On the left front tail is the “Spalding” manufacturer’s tag. Attached is the size “42” label. Below is “63” written in black marker which was customary at the time for long time Clubhouse Manager, Pete Sheeny. Inside the left front tail is a wash instructions label. Inside the rear collar is a felt strip tag with “Boyer” embroidered in navy blue chain stitch. Below is Boyer’s signature in blue marker rating a 7. On the left chest is the team interlocking “NY” logo. Player number “6” appears on back. All these numbers and letters are done in blue felt. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion, shows excellent use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA as well as an additional LOA.
