Duke Snider is an eight-time All-Star, a two-time World Series champion and was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1980. In his 16 out of 18 seasons with the Dodgers, Snider helped lead the team to six World Series appearances. On the front left tail is a “Wilson” size “42” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Below is a grey felt strip tag with the year, “1962” embroidered on it in chain-stitching. Across the chest reads, “Dodgers” and the player number “4” appears on the back. These are done in blue felt lettering. The player number “4” appears on the front in red felt lettering. There is very light spotting adjacent to the button path and adjacent to the back player number “4”. This jersey is not being offered as a game-used example, but rather a jersey for display purposes only.
