The Brooklyn native began with the Dodgers in their last season in his home borough. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings Hall of Fame Flannel" label and adjacent is the size tag, "42." Below this is the name "Pignatano" and under this is the year "60." Both the name and year have been done in blue chain stitch. On the inside left front tail is the wash tag and adjacent is the flag tag reading "Set 1 1960." Across the front of the jersey is the name "Dodgers" in script-style letters made of blue felt. The player number "58" appears on both the left breast and on the back of the shirt. The numbers on the front are made of red felt and the numbers on the back are made of blue felt. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
