This beautiful vintage wool heavy jacket was worn by a Team USA Olympian at the 1952 Winter Olympics held in Oslo, Norway. Inside the rear neck is the Butwin manufacturer’s tag. The jacket features a checkered flannel liner on the inside and a United States logo on the left chest with the five Olympic rings. On the sleeves are stripes of red, white and blue. All buttons remain intact and the jacket is in great condition considering its age. Minor staining is seen on the inside and the pockets but the jacket displays beautifully.
