Spalding manufactured ONL Frick baseball signed by 24 members of the 1940 Philadelphia Phillies. The signatures cover the ball and are highlighted by Hall of Famer Chuck Klein, Kirby Higbe, Pinky May, Hans Lobert and Syl Johnson. The signatures are done in black fountain pen and in our opinion the signatures rate between 3-6. Accompanied by a Full LOA from JSA.
