This first base was used on October 1st, 2006. During the game, Albert Pujols hit his 250th career home run and the Cardinals clinched the NL Central. On the bottom of the base reads “1st BASE SET A 10-1-2006” in black marker. Adjacent is a MLB hologram serial number “BB150852”. On the top of the base reads, “Original HOLLYWOOD BASES JACK CORBETT” and “SCHUTT SPORTS”. Printed on top of this is the Cardinals “INAUGURAL SEASON 2006” logo. On three sides of the base reads “Cardinals” alongside the inaugural season logo. On the other side reads “I Live FOR This”. This base shows considerably dirt staining on the top and sides. This base was presented to us as game-used.
