Few players in the history of the major leagues have accomplished more on the baseball field than "The Mick". A three-time MVP in 1956, 57 and 62, Mantle won the Triple Crown in 1956 with .353 avg, 52 HRs and 130 RBIs. He won seven World Championships as a member of the New York Yankees and holds the World Series records for HRs, RBIs and runs scored. Pictured here is a EX-NM ticket stub from Mantle's first home run game in the majors. On May 1, 1951, Mickey connected with right-hander Randy Gumpert for the 1st of his 536 career HRs as the Yankees defeated the Chicago White Sox at Comiskey Park.
