Across the back is the player name "GMINSKI" sewn directly on the jersey in white tackle twill. Going down the left front are three white tackle twill stars. On the front right tail of the 1982-1983 Phil Ford road jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturers size 44 tag with wash instructions. Inside the front tail is the “81” embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "NEW JERSEY" in red on white tackle twill. Below it and on the back is the player number "1" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "FORD" in white tackle twill. On the front right tail of the 1981-1982 Mike O’Koren road jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturers size 46 tag with wash instructions. Inside the front tail is the “81” embroidered strip tag. Across the front is "NEW JERSEY" in red on white tackle twill. Below it and on the back is the player number "31" in the same tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "O’KOREN" in white tackle twill. In the back inside waistband of the Mike O’Koren road shorts is the "Rawlings" manufacturers size 36 tag with wash instructions. Player number “31” is written on the tag in black marker. Attached is an additional tag which reads "Plus 1” Rise 1” Inseam”. Next to that is the "81" embroidered strip tag.
