This jersey was worn by New York Yankees Catcher Brian McCann on Opening Day 2014, his first game with the team. McCann went 1-4 with an RBI. On the front left tail is the “Majestic” manufacturer’s tag with a “STEINER” hologram serial number “029172” and two flag tags reading the size “48” and the year “2014”. Adjacent below is a “MLB” hologram with serial number “EK849726”. On the left inseam is the “100% POLYESTER” tag with wash instructions. Across the chest reads, “NEW YORK” in navy blue tackle twill with white trim. On the rear collar is the official “MLB” logo embroidered in navy blue, silver and white. Across the back is the player number “34” in navy blue with white trim. A “PSA/DNA” sticker serial number is on the 4 with the serial number “Y59776”. McCann has signed the “4” on the back of the jersey in silver marker with the inscription “GAME USED”, in our opinion the signature rates as a 6. There is slight use on the left chest. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA, a Steiner LOA and a COA from PSA/DNA.
