In a shortened 2012-13 season, Alex Ovechkin led the NHL in scoring with 32 goals in 48 games and earned the Hart Trophy, which is the NHL’s MVP award. On March 24th, 2013 on the road against the New York Rangers, Ovechkin had a goal and an assist during a 3-2 overtime win. On the inside of left rear tail is a “MeiGrayGroup” tag that reads, “NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2012-2013 Season JH03278”. On the left inseam is a Reebok materials tag with washing instructions. The fight strap is included. On the inside below the rear collar is a size “58” tag. On the v-neck is the official “NHL” shield logo embroidered. On the left chest is the Captain’s “C” in blue on red tackle twill. Below are six stars done in tackle twill, three red and three blue. Below reads, “WASHINGTON” in red stitching on white tackle twill and below reads, “capitals” in blue and red tackle twill on white tackle twill. The player number “8” appears on the back and on both sleeves and across the back reads the player name, “OVECHKIN” on a white mesh nameplate. These are done in blue on red tackle twill. Above the player name reads, “Reebok” in white stitching and below the player number on each sleeve are five tackle twill stars, three red and two blue. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Washington Capitals LOA.
