Alex Ovechkin and the Washington Capitals won 3-2 in overtime against the San Jose Sharks on the road on March 22nd, 2014. Ovechkin led the NHL in scoring the 2013-14 season, scoring 51 goals in 78 games. On the inside of left rear tail is a “MeiGrayGroup” tag that reads, “NHL Game-Worn Jersey 2013-2014 Season K00017”. On the left inseam is a Reebok materials tag with washing instructions. There are three fight straps including. On the inside below the rear collar is a size “58” tag. On the v-neck is the official “NHL” shield logo embroidered. On the left chest is the Captain’s “C” in navy blue on white tackle twill. On the front reads, “WASHINGTON” in red stitching on white tackle twill and below reads, “capitals” in navy blue stitching with a navy blue-stitched border on white tackle twill. The player number “8” appears on the back and on both sleeves and across the back reads the player name, “OVECHKIN” on a white mesh nameplate. These are done in navy blue on red tackle twill. Above the player name reads, “Reebok” in navy blue stitching and above the player number on each sleeve is the team’s logo patch embroidered. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by a Washington Capitals LOA.
