A framed 16x15 Warren G. Harding presidential document that reads “I have nominated and by and with the advice and consent of the senate do appoint him Register of the Land Office at Williston, North Dakota”. The document is dated 15th of March 1922 and is signed on the appropriate line by the Secretary of the Interior and the President, Warren G. Harding and in our opinion the signatures are heavily faded and difficult to read but can be made out. The document shows era appropriate aging with minor tears and stains. Accompanied by a LOA from JSA.
