Mario Lemieux was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame immediately after his first retirement, waiving the normal three-year waiting period. His impact on the NHL has been significant. Lemieux won two Stanley Cups, an Olympic gold medal, and two World Cups of Hockey. On the right inseam is the Air-Knit manufacturer’s tag reading “100% POLYESTER” with washing instructions. On the inside rear middle tail is the Pittsburgh Penguins team inventory tag reading “Set #2 2005-2006” sewn in and stamped by the equipment manager Steve Latin. The fight strap is intact. Inside the rear attached to the collar is a “MADE IN CANADA” size “56” flag tag with the player number “66” written on it in black marker. Across the front is the team’s "Penguin" patch. Adjacent is the captain’s "C" logo done in black on gold on black tackle twill. On the back and on both sleeves is the player number "66." On the back is the player name "LEMIEUX" on a white nameplate. These all are done in black on gold on black tackle twill. On the back below the collar is the “Reebok” logo embroidered. On each shoulder is the team “Penguin” triangle logo patch. On the rear bottom right tail is the official “NHL” logo. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows very light use. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com signed by Mike Heffner of Leland's and hobby veteran Nick Coppola.
