Two-time All-Star forward Sean Elliot wrote a comeback story unlike any other when he returned to the Spurs less than seven months after receiving a kidney transplant that was donated by his older brother Noel. The transplant took place following the club's championship season of 1998-99, one in which Elliot started all 50 games and sank one of the most memorable shots in playoff history, a 30-foot jump shot while falling out of bounds in game two of the finals against the Knicks. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "NBA Authentics" label and next to this is the "Nike" label with the size "48." Adjacent is the "San Antonio Spurs" label. Below the Nike label is the "Length +4" label. On the inside lower left is the wash tag and under this is the year tag "1998-99." Across the front is the name "Spurs" in black on silver tackle twill and on the back is the name "Elliot" in black tackle twill. The player number "32" appears on both the front and back in black on silver tackle twill. On the upper left front is the "NBA" patch and on the back number "2" is an autograph that rates a strong 9. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
