On the front left tail is the Apex manufacturers tag with an attached flag tag reading the size “50”. On the left inseam is a flag tag with jersey materials and washing instructions. On the upper left chest is the “NFL 75” anniversary patch. On the v-neck is the official “NFL” logo. On the front, back and on both shoulders is the player number “11” in white on red tackle twill. Beneath the player number on the shoulders is a Patriots logo and Apex logo. Across the back on a blue nameplate is the player name “BLEDSOE” in white tackle twill. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
