The greatest basketball team ever assembled for competition was the 1992 United States Men’s Olympic “Dream” Team that competed in Barcelona, Spain. The 1992 Olympic Team as a whole was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2010. The best player on the best team ever assembled is Michael Jordan, who is a six-time NBA champion and six-time NBA Finals MVP. Jordan was the only player to start in all eight games during the 1992 Olympic Men’s Basketball Tournament for Team USA. On the front left tail is the Champion manufacturer’s tag size “46” with washing instructions. Adjacent is another “Champion” tag that reads, “DESIGNED AND TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR: 1992 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES”. On the left inseam is a tag that reads, “100% NYLON” and a tag that reads, “3” EXTRA BODY LENGTH”. On the upper left chest is a Champion logo embroidered. On the chest reads, “USA BASKETBALL” screen-printed in red and white over the navy blue mesh jersey. The player number “9” appears below and on the back painted in red on white. Across the back reads the player name “JORDAN” painted in white. Jordan signed the jersey on the back player number in black ink and in our opinion rates a mint 10. Below the signature is an Upper Deck Authentics hologram serial number “UAS06368” which is no longer present. In the rear waistband of the shorts is the Champion manufacturer's tag size "36" with washing instructions. Adjacent is an additional Champion tag reading "DESIGNED AND TAILORED EXCLUSIVELY FOR 1992 SUMMER OLYMPIC GAMES”. On the upper left thigh is a “Champion” logo patch and a “USA BASKETBALL” logo is screened in white and blue on both legs. This uniform is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use. Accompanied by an Full LOA from JSA.
