In his 13-year Hall of Fame career, Earvin “Magic” Johnson accomplished just about everything a player could during his time on the basketball court. Johnson won five NBA championships, earned three NBA Finals and regular season MVP awards, was a 12-time All-Star, was named to the NBA’s 50th Anniversary All-Time Team and has his No. 32 retired by the Los Angeles Lakers franchise. On the left inseam is a tag that reads, “100% NYLON”. On the front center tail is a “BASKETBALL 1891-1991 CENTENNIAL” patch embroidered. On the inside below the rear collar is a “Champion” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. Attached is a flag tag with washing instructions. Adjacent is a “Champion” distributor’s tag that reads, “YEAR 1991 ID# BODY LENGTH +3 SLEEVE LENGTH 0”. On the left chest is a “LAKERS” team logo patch embroidered in black, purple and gold-colored stitching on white felt. On the right chest is the official “NBA” logo embroidered. On the left sleeve is a Champion logo embroidered. Across the back reads the player name, “JOHNSON” in gold-colored on white tackle twill sewn directly onto the purple warm-up jacket. This jacket is properly tagged and was presented to us as team-issued.
