Goose Gossage was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2008. Louisville Slugger manufactured S2 model bat that measures 35 inches and weighs 31.1 ounces. The ash wood bat features a flame burned finish and is uncracked with evidence of excellent use. The player number “54” is written on the knob and top barrel in black marker. Gossage signed the front of the barrel in blue marker with the added inscription “Best Wishes” and in our opinion rates a 7. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA LOA grading the bat a GU 8 and an ALOA from JSA.
