Warren Moon was a nine-time Pro Bowler and held several all-time passing records when he retired. He was enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2006. Moon wore this jersey on December 9th, 1984 against the St. Louis Rams in a 27-16 loss. In the rear neck is the Russell Athletic manufacturer’s tag size “44” with washing instructions. On the upper left chest is the “1960-1984 ORIGINAL AMERICAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE TEAM SILVER ANNIVERSARY” patch. Across the front, on both shoulders and on the back is the player number “1” screened in blue on red. Across the back on a white nameplate is the player name “MOON” in blue tackle twill. There are multiple team-issued repairs on the back of the jersey. This is the nicest Moon in the hobby. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows outstanding use. Accompanied by a LOA from Photo-Match.com grading the jersey a perfect 10, an equipment manager LOA and an additional LOA.
