The Lester B. Pearson Award (now known as the Ted Lindsay award) is presented annually by the National Hockey League Players Association to the league's most outstanding player as selected by his peers. Offered here a beautiful Pearson award that was given to Marcel Dionne for winning the prestigious award following the 1978-79 season. The trophy measures at 7x6x11”, consists of heavy lucite and depicts a hockey player in the center. The plaque beneath reads “The Lester B. Pearson 1978-1979 MARCEL DIONNE LOS ANGELES KINGS”. There is minor scratching on the lucite. A beautiful piece from one of hockey’s most prestigious award. Accompanied by a LOA from Marcel Dionne.
