Harmon Killebrew has his No. 3 retired by the Minnesota Twins franchise and had an accomplished career in the Twin Cities. Killebrew was a 13-time All-Star, won an American League MVP award and led the AL in home runs six times. Killebrew was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1984. On the front left tail is a white strip tag with, “74 1” embroidered on it in navy blue chain-stitching. On the inside below the rear collar is a “Wilson” size “44” manufacturer’s tag with washing instructions. It measures slightly larger. Across the chest reads, “Twins” and the player number “3” appears on both the front and on the back. All numbering and lettering are done in red on navy blue tackle twill sewn directly onto the white jersey. On the left sleeve is the team’s “Minnesota Twins” patch embroidered. There are dirt stains and light spotting on the front and back of the jersey. This jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows excellent use.
