On the rear inside tail is the "Pearson Sporting Goods" manufacturers tag with a wash instructions flag tag. Adjacent is an embroidered strip tag with “44-74.” Across the front is "SIXERS" in red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "34" in blue on red tackle twill. Across the back is the player name "LEE" in blue tackle twill on a white name plate. On the inside back of the shorts is the "Spanjian" manufacturers wash tag. The player number “25” is also embroidered over the manufacturers tag. The jersey and shorts show game-use and appear to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from the Basketball Hall of Fame.
