As Mantle approached the 1965 baseball season, he had accumulated over 450 home runs and over 1300 RBIs. The Yankees' everyday centerfielder from 1952-1966 played on 12 pennant winning teams and won seven World Series titles. His name appears on the front barrel of the bat in script-style lettering with adjacent words "GENUINE" and "LOUISVILLE SLUGGER" in block lettering. Manuf: H&B, Model: D113, Length: 35 in, Weight: 32.75 oz, Wood: Ash, Condition: Un-cracked and shows evidence of excellent use. Several ball marks and ball stitch marks are visible on the left and back barrel. Also visible on the bat are cleat marks and red bat rack streaks. The model number "D113" is stamped into the knob end. The weight "32 3/4" is also on the knob written in blue ink. The bat is accompanied by an LOA from PSA/DNA and an additional LOA. It has been graded an overall GU7 by PSA/DNA.
