On the front left tail is the “Rawlings” manufacturer’s tag with size “42”. Adjacent below is “61 Set 2” in navy blue chain-stitching. On the inner front left tail is the wash instructions tag with flag tag “SET 1 1961”. On the inner rear collar is a white felt strip tag with the player name “Hale” chain-stitched in navy blue. On the left chest is the Yankees interlocking “NY” logo. Across the back is the player number change to “72”, the faint outline of the original player number “34” can be seen. All lettering and numbering is done in the same navy blue felt. The jersey is properly tagged, was presented to us as game-used and in our opinion shows appropriate use.
