Hall of Famer Harmon Killebrew has his No. 3 retired by the Minnesota Twins franchise and had an accomplished career in the Twin Cities and Washington. Killebrew was a 13-time All-Star, won an American League MVP award and led the AL in home runs six times. Offered is a professional model S207 Harmon Killebrew H&B Louisville Slugger dating to his tenure with the Minnesota Twins circa 1961-64 which has been signed on the barrel by Harmon along with a number of inscriptions reading "MVP 1969", "573 HRs", "HOF 84", "The Killer", "No.3 ", "Minnesota Twins 1961-74", "1559 Walks", "American League Home Run Leader 6 Times", "American League All Star - 13 Times", "5th on MLB Home Run List", "Hit 40 or More Home Runs - 8 Times", "Leading Right Handed Home Run Hitter in AL" and "2nd Leading Home Run Hitter in AL, Behind Only Babe Ruth". The bat currently measures 35", weighs 32.5 ounces and shows light use with ball marks, stitch marks, pine tar and Harmon's uniform number 3 on the knob. Accompanied by a MEARS LOA grading the bat an A7, a LOA signed by Killebrew stating that he signed the stats on the bat and an ALOA from JSA.
