The cover has the signature of the American League president William Harridge and is dated, “APR 12 1933”. The body of the contract states that Van Atta earns “an aggregate salary of $3,500”. The second-to-last page is signed in a secretarial Jacob Ruppert signature and Van Atta in black ink on April 10th, 1933 and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 9. The cover of the Uhle contract reads, “AMERICAN LEAGUE PLAYER’S CONTRACT - AMERICAN LEAGUE BASEBALL CLUB OF NEW YORK With George E Uhle”. The cover has the signature of the American League president William Harridge and is dated, “AUG 1 1933”. The body of the contract states that Uhle earns “an aggregate salary of $1000 per month, beginning July 28”. The second-to-last page is signed in a secretarial Jacob Ruppert signature and Uhle in black ink on July 28th, 1933 and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 8. Also included in the contract is a sheet of paper that states that Uhle will “waive claim to the bonus of $500 promised me by the New York Club is lieu of my unconditional release on or before October 1st, 1933. The cover of the Saltzgaver contract reads, “AMERICAN LEAGUE PLAYER’S CONTRACT - The American League Base Ball Club of New York with Jack Saltzgaver”. The cover has the signature of the American League president William Harridge and is dated, “APR 7 1932”. The body of the contract states that Saltzgaver earns “an aggregate salary of $4,000”. The second-to-last page is signed in a secretarial Jacob Ruppert signature and Saltzgaver in black ink on April 5th, 1932 and in our opinion the signatures rate a combined 9.
