This framed display piece measures approximately 12.5x15.5” and features a post card of Al Simmons, a picture of the 1931 U.S. All Star Team that is numbered, a handwritten lineup card and copy of the lineup card. The lineup card written by Simmons lists the names of stars like Lou Gehrig, Mickey Cochrane, Lefty Grove, Muddy Ruel, Frankie Frisch and many others. The bottom of the card reads “U.S. All Star Team Touring Japan November, 1931”. The back of the piece features the original handwritten lineup while the front version is a photocopy.
