For many decades "House that Babe Ruth built" overawed opponents with the architectural grandeur of the facade along the roof as well as the haunting legacy of past superstars. This original 1923-1936 folding field seat measures 31" H x 16" W x 18" D, is painted green and reads "Property of the New York Yankees" on the bottom. Prior to corporate luxury boxes many VIPs and distinguished guests would be offered seats right on the field. This extremely rare one-of-a-kind chair is in extraordinary condition for its age and appears to have no repairs or alterations of any kind.
